Chicken bruschetta

This week, we have Mediterranean flavors starring locally-grown herbs and fresh vegetables with locally-raised chicken,in dinners for two or four people.

Chicken bruschetta is of Italian origin, with tomatoes and basil, and nicoise salad with flaked salmon and olives is from the French side of the Riviera. We have a farfalle with summer vegetables, and rolls from Amazing Grains.

Farm partners are Growing Family Farms in Parma, Fisher Hill Farm in Bristol, Bolton Farms in Hilton, and Burwell in Rochester.
