Airline Chicken Breast

This week we have locally-sourced chicken, prepared then set on a bed of roasted acorn squash and Silver Lake farro, with fine herb sauce, a charred carrot salad and sourdough bread. Airline chicken is a butcher’s cut where a boneless chicken breast is prepared with the skin on and a drumette attached.

Denver steaks

Each Denver steak dinner comes with purple potato and romanesco, confit garlic parsley butter, a green salad with Italian vinaigrette, and dinner rolls. This is an extremely tender butcher’s cut of steak, paired with Romanesco, which is our favorite vegetable this bountiful fall growing season.

Ginger scallion pork chops

Each ginger scallion pork chops dinner comes with kimchi fried rice, garlic roasted cauliflower, and a roasted Brussels sprouts salad with pickled carrots, walnuts and cilantro. We are coming up on the end of brassica season, and the purple cauliflower and bright green Brussels sprouts jump off the plate.

Now that there is a chill in the air, let us warm up your home with deliciousness this weekend! We have torn pork with pistachio ginger sauce, curry roasted vegetables, ginger turmeric rice and house-made flatbreads. Also new this week – an apple cinnamon Bundt cake, with cream cheese frosting and candied nuts.

Harissa chicken with flatbreads

We have harissa chicken with fresh herb couscous, a Greek-style cucumber and tomato salad, house-made flatbreads and hummus. Harissa is a condiment from the Maghreb, and we use bright, fresh peppers, garlic and herbs. It compliments the chicken but is good on everything!
