Weekly seasonal menu for the weekend of May 20 - 22

On the menu this week: a beef brisket dinner - our sous chef's recipe - it is incredible!

The entrée is a mustard and black pepper-crusted braised beef brisket with pan sauce.

Each dinner comes with red bliss potato salad with sautéed fiddleheads and a ramp greens vinaigrette.

The other sides are an Asian-inspired cole slaw with toasted peanuts, and a house-made honey cornbread really showcasing local corn and honey.

Choose home delivery for Friday or Saturday or in-person pickup at our tent at Brighton Farmers' Market on Sunday, May 22!

Farmhouse Table delivers fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced food across Greater Rochester on Friday and Saturday!

We began developing weekly menus in the spring of 2020 to give our friends and neighbors the option to enjoy a restaurant-quality meal safely at home.

We also wanted to continue to help our Finger Lakes and Western New York farm partners, and to retain our chefs and kitchen workers.

We also are seeking out and sharing new flavors and processes, and grateful for suggestions from customers we often see each week!
