We will serve five courses with an optional but strongly suggested drink pairing.
Doors open around 6 p.m. and each dinner so far has lasted until just after 9.

Course #1:
- Two regional American dogs served with duck fat potato chips, and house-brined pickle chips
- Seattle style, with cream cheese, sautéed pepper and onion relish, on a pretzel bun
- Roc City with zucchini relish, French's mustard, S&M meat hot
Course #2:
- Cobbs Hill Salad
- Grilled demi-romaine lettuce with Farmhouse Table lardons, a Fisher Hill 60 degree egg, tomato, fry-bread croutons, and house-made blue cheese dressing
Course #3:
- Lobster and Grits
- Butter poached and grilled lobster tail on Farmer Ground New York state organic corn grits
Course #4:
- Smoked beef rib with carrot and sweet potato puree, chow chow
Course #5:
- Afflagato - a French Press of espresso with house-made ice cream
