Chef’s Dinner for March 2023

Join us Thursday, March 9 for the next Chef’s Dinner at our event space at 1 Whipple Lane in Irondequoit!

We will serve five courses with an optional but strongly suggested drink pairing.

Doors open around 6 p.m. and each dinner so far has lasted until just after 9.

The menu:

Course #1:
  • Two regional American dogs served with duck fat potato chips, and house-brined pickle chips
    • Seattle style, with cream cheese, sautéed pepper and onion relish, on a pretzel bun
    • Roc City with zucchini relish, French's mustard, S&M meat hot
Course #2:
  • Cobbs Hill Salad
    • Grilled demi-romaine lettuce with Farmhouse Table lardons, a Fisher Hill 60 degree egg, tomato, fry-bread croutons, and house-made blue cheese dressing
Course #3:
  • Lobster and Grits
    • Butter poached and grilled lobster tail on Farmer Ground New York state organic corn grits
Course #4:
  • Smoked beef rib with carrot and sweet potato puree, chow chow
Course #5:
  • Afflagato - a French Press of espresso with house-made ice cream
