Smoked local pork shoulder rubbed with our house-made red rub, finished with a vinegar-based mop sauce, and BBQ sauce on the side. Sides include house-made baked beans with bacon, bow-tie pasta salad with market vegetables, a fresh herb vinaigrette and grated cheese, a mayo-based potato salad with English peas and local celery, and a vinegar-based coleslaw with toasted peanuts. For dessert, we’re celebrating with a six-inch strawberry-rhubarb tart.
